INNATUS believes that the most important care is to keep skin beauty, so, recommends skin care just needed for that. We suggest you to apply minimum foundation as you occasionally need. On the day you apply foundation, cleanse and care your skin with INNATUS skin care products at home as soon as possible. The basic is skin care; this is the philosophy of INNATUS.

Cooling does not cause any problem. Sun-tanned skin is in the condition of slight burn. Gentle patting with cooled Balmy Lotion II will soothe inflammation sooner.

No, we do not think so. In general, moisturizing liquid, emulsion, and cream are regarded as basic skin care items. But actually, emulsion and cream contain the same ingredients with the different balance of moisture and oil. INNATUS thus do not think emulsion is needed.

No need for concern about deterioration in daily life at all. Jojoba oil, the main ingredient of Oasis, is not oxydized at the temperature lower than 360℃, so, it cannot be a matter of concern. Oasis boosts discharge of skin wastes and contains brightening factors. Sufficiently apply in summer too, to relieve skin damage by sun.

You may use it by dissolving in warm water. Jojoba oil, the main ingredient of Oasis, gets frozen at 8℃, but its components remain the same. Apply it without worrying. If you need to apply at once, you also may dissolve just the amount as needed.

Because those have different effects on skin. Rich Refreshing Cream boosts sound regeneration of damated skin cells and eliminates causes of dark spots and dullness. Smooth Renascence prevents collagen reduction and facilitates skin turnover. Double use of those two creams quickens absorption. Feel the dewy and firm touch of your skin.

Renascence may be used in daytime too. Some night creams contain ingredients that cause dark spot under UV, and thus, the caution “not to use in daytime” is indicated on those. But Refreshing Cream and Renascence do not contain such ingredients. Apply it without worrying both night and day.

Men may use INNATUS products that are effective for women, of course. Skin composition is foundamentally the same between men and women, and between adults and children. Taking the essentials of skin into account, there is no need to divide skin care products in many different categories.

Without towel dry, remained water may weaken and flow off lather of Puritas. In order to put lather firmly onto your skin and lift dirt more easily, towelling off is recommended.

As INNATUS products are weakly acid and fregrance- and color-free, they are very mild and suitable for babies too. Some baby oils and lotions contain fregrance and coloring agents to mask smell of germicides and chemicals as being used for wiping. Those stimulate skin and may cause skin trouble.

Because silicon stayed on your hair is off, amount of Rose Shampoo and Conditioner is insufficient, or your hair is not enough dried after cleansing. Probably because silicon of the shampoo and conditioner you previousely used is off from your hair. INNATUS Rose Shampoo and Conditioner are silicon-free. Apply a little more amount of Rose Conditioner, particularly onto the ends, while your hair condition will be improved by continuing Rose Shampoo and Conditioner only. Your hair may be tangled during cleansing if the amount of Rose Shampoo and Conditioner is insufficient. Additionally, dry your hair enough after cleansing. Germs easily increase and may cause a itch if hair stays wet for long hours. Natural drying often results in too much drying than expected.

Appropriate amount of use is specified for each of INNATUS skin care products. Proper use method, amount, and steps surely bring out skin care effects of them. For better effect, adjust amount according to your skin type and season (e.g. months with strong UV or dry months).

It’s OK. There are many face packs that have a caution not to use to the eye and mouth areas. Skin of those areas is very sensitive, so, skin reacts to such packs that contain stimulating ingredients. But INNATUS Beauty Pack may be used even to lips.

The best way of applying lotion is using your hands, because you can check the touch. If you use a cotton pad, some fiber of the pad may remain on your skin and more lotion is needed. Hence, gently pat lotion over your face with the clean hands, without pressing around the eyes and mouth. Gentle, wrapping-like patting will give your skin appropriate stimulus and firm it. Proper patting controls absorption and oily shine.

Jojoba oil, the main ingredient of Oasis, becomes more absorptive to skin by being blended with moisture. Patting Balmy Lotion II over the face a couple of times after applying Oasis reduces a bit oily shine of Oasis, and moisturizes your skin more.

Oasis may go into the eyes along the lush or the line. When patting Oasis, use fingers, not palms, and carefully avoid getting it into the eyes. Applying Beauty Pack to the eye area softens skin and enhances skin absorption of Oasis, causing less blur. Oasis does not cause any trouble to your eyes, but if you feel concerned, dab your eyes with a tissue.

Put appropriate amount of cream or sunscreen not onto the palm, but onto the back of the hand, then apply to the face. This step works on the back of your hands too. Apply any remaining cream to your neck, arms, and face contour. *Do not put your fingers into the bottles too often, or germs on the fingers may change the product quality.
